Cailin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and has been working with children and families for 20 years. Her cultural humility, ability to gain rapport with diverse clientele and gentle, supportive approach make her a great fit for those motivated to make changes.
Cailinʻs area of specialty is treating children and families impacted by trauma, as well as those managing mental illnesses and/or developmental delays. She works with individuals birth through end of life, including those with severe and persistent mental illness. Cailin utilizes a combination of modalities to ensure a client-centered approach with the goal of assisting individuals in making sustainable changes in their lives.

Cailinʻs training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Person Centered Therapy, allow her to personalize treatment planning to ensure client’s individual goals are met. Utilizing mindfulness, client empowerment and education Cailin’s clients have had great successes in personal and family growth.
Cailin has served in team leadership, supervision and case coordination, creating a unique skill set. With this diverse experience in the field, Cailin is knowledgeable of local resources, both public and private, and can assist clients in developing a strong support system. She aims to support clients via empowering them toward healing and being their greatest self.
